In order to ensure that our standards meet the requirements of patients, we are keen to have your views and opinions on the service we provide. As a patient you have the opportunity to convey your views and concerns to us and so that we can adapt better to your needs. If you are happy with or unhappy with us, or the service we provide, we want to hear about it!

Survey results
In a recent survey of over 100 patients, results showed that 84% rated the service as very good and 14% rated it as good. Feedback received was excellent and the key comments made praised that staff in relation to their professionalism, friendliness and homeliness of the practice.
Complaints procedure
We will of course do our best to provide you with the highest standards of dental care and service. If you feel however that you have cause for complaint, then we would encourage you to raise the matter with the dentist or fill in a patient comment card or our on-line form above.
We will do our utmost to deal with your concerns. Our complaints procedure aims to resolve any problems to the complete satisfaction of our patients, within 10 working days.
