We aim to promote dental health at all times, so we recommend regular check-ups. These will also help to keep down the cost of your treatment.
We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason. Please be a patient patient.
If you have to cancel an appointment, then please make sure you give 24 hours notice if you can. This enables us to fit in treatment for another person – perhaps someone in pain.
There will be a charge for appointments broken without adequate notice.

If you change your address or telephone number, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps keep our records up to date and our recall appointment system efficient.
