Patient charter

During the first visit we will review your medical and dental history. We pay particular attention to your concerns and needs as well as your wishes and desires. Our initial examination is very thorough, and we will examine your teeth, gums and other oral tissues, using magnification and taking digital x-rays and photographs when required.

At your first appointment the dentist personally will review all of the information gathered during the exam and explains his diagnosis. We will work together to develop a treatment plan based on our findings and your priorities. We believe strongly that a well defined plan must precede any treatment. By establishing specific goals and a vision for the end result, we can stay on track as we work and achieve the outcomes you desire.

Your preventative care will be constantly evaluated at all your follow-up visits.

For your reassurance and safety, gloves, masks and eye protection are used for each proceedure.
