Payment Options:

Dental payments

We appreciate that for many dental charges are a mystery. It is our practice policy to give patients full information about the cost of their dental care before any treatment is undertaken.

For treatment plans costing more than £50, or for extensive work, a written estimate/treatment plan will be provided. We try to make the payments of fees as straightforward as possible for our patients.

Our normal practice policy is to ask patients to pay a proportion of the costs at the end of each visit, however patients are asked to pay a deposit of 60% for any treatment requiring laboratory work (e.g. crowns/dentures/bridges), with the balance to be paid on completion.

You may pay for your dental care by cash, cheque, switch or credit card. Our patients may also join one of the private dental care schemes (Denplan) for a modest monthly payment. Please ask for further information. All treatment must be paid for in full by the end of the course of treatment.

Dental insurance

There are Dental Insurance plans for people who wish to budget their dental expenses. We are registered for both of the schemes already in operation, and recently became an accredited practice with BUPA, and therefore able to provide the highest possible standards.
